Built on the Lingmou 8-wheel all-terrain unmanned vehicle and equipped with a dual-spectrum PTZ camera and gas sensors, the system leverages ≤35ms ultra-low-latency video backhaul to enable 24/7 autonomous inspection, gas leak early warning, and intelligent anomaly detection at coal terminals — freeing inspection personnel from hazardous coal dust environments.

Industry Core Requirements (Three Major Pain Points)
1. High Safety Risks
Personnel must enter hazardous environments such as dust-filled, noisy, high-temperature areas, and gas cylinder rooms, making personal safety difficult to guarantee. Blind spots exist in inspections for high-altitude, confined, and remote areas. Delayed incident discovery and multi-level reporting requirements slow emergency response. 2. Low Inspection Efficiency
Requires 24/7 shift work, resulting in high labor costs. Inspection frequency is limited, making high-frequency, real-time monitoring unachievable. Quality depends on personnel's sense of responsibility, experience, and physical condition, leading to missed detections, misjudgments, and "perfunctory" record-keeping. 3. Management Difficulties
Inspection records are mostly paper-based or simple spreadsheets; data is scattered and hard to trace. The workflow from hazard reporting → routing → resolution is lengthy, making status tracking difficult and closed-loop management hard to achieve. Lack of predictive capabilities based on historical data, unable to support predictive maintenance.

8-wheel all-wheel drive + planetary rocker-bogie multi-wheel structure: multi-point terrain contact, mechanical self-adaptation — not purely algorithm-dependent. Obstacle clearance 250 mm, gradient climbing 30°, zero-radius turning, minimum passage width <900 mm. Planetary rocker-bogie effectively reduces overall attitude changes, protecting top-mounted equipment and enhancing sensor accuracy. Mechanical terrain adaptation reduces computational waste, delivering higher mobility efficiency. 2. Coal Terminal-Specific Protection
Anti-salt fog treatment: exposed sheet metal uses epoxy zinc-rich heavy-duty anti-corrosion powder coating; fasteners feature Dacromet surface treatment. IP65 protection rating: operable in rain, wading depth up to 30 cm. Operating temperature -20°C to 60°C: meets high-temperature coal storage and complex outdoor industrial environments. Anti-smoke and moisture-resistant design: adapted for coal terminal dust/smoke conditions. 3. Precision Navigation and Autonomous Operation
Multi-line LiDAR + IMU + GNSS RTK fusion positioning: outdoor repeatable positioning accuracy ±5 cm. LiDAR + GNSS RTK joint mapping with tightly coupled LiDAR-Inertial Odometry (LIO) algorithm. Autonomous charging: automatic return-to-charge on low battery + scheduled charging, enabling 24/7 unattended operation. 4. AI Intelligent Inspection (Standard + Custom)
Standard algorithms (10+ types): open flame, smoke, hard hat detection, smoking, abnormal high temperature, unauthorized personnel intrusion, illegal passenger-carrying on forklifts, etc. Custom algorithms (4 types): port area sewage overflow, improper gas cylinder storage, ground oil leaks, damaged fire protection equipment; accuracy >90%. 5. Ultra-Low-Latency Video Backhaul
