Industrial Inspection
The IFREECOMM Industrial Inspection Solution is centered on the LingMou 8-Wheel All-Terrain Unmanned Vehicle and intelligent quadruped robots (D10/D20/D30). Equipped with multi-modal sensors—including dual-optics thermal imaging, gas detection, and 3D LiDAR—it serves high-risk sectors such as chemical parks, petrochemicals, and energy & power. The system delivers 7×24 autonomous all-terrain patrols, precise early detection of anomalies, and real-time data backhaul. By establishing a closed-loop workflow of "Data Collection → Intelligent Assessment → Early Warning & Response," it empowers robots to replace human personnel in hazardous zones—characterized by flammability, explosivity, toxicity, and high pressure—ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous inspection operations.

Core Industry Requirements
I. High Safety Risks Personnel are required to operate in harsh environments characterized by dust, noise, high temperatures, and toxic gases, as well as in flammable, explosive, and high-pressure areas where personal safety cannot be fully guaranteed. Accidents and injuries during manual inspections occur frequently. Human error in operation or risk misjudgment can directly trigger incidents, and manual inspection cannot achieve 24/7 continuous monitoring.
II. Low Inspection Efficiency Manual inspection speeds are slow and cannot meet the demands of large-scale, wide-area facilities, resulting in limited coverage. The 24-hour shift system incurs high labor costs. Furthermore, long inspection cycles and limited frequency make it impossible to achieve high-frequency, real-time dynamic monitoring of critical equipment and areas.
III. High Subjective Error & Miss Rates Inspection quality relies heavily on individual responsibility, experience, and physical condition, leading to missed detections, misjudgments, or inconsistent reporting. The human eye cannot easily detect hidden dangers such as equipment overheating or minute gas leaks, making early defects difficult to identify.
IV. Restricted Mobility in Complex Terrain Terrain obstacles such as stairs, slopes, pipe galleries, ditches, elevated structures, confined spaces, and remote corners limit access for human inspectors and traditional equipment. Large machinery cannot pass, easily creating safety blind spots and hidden hazards.
V. Harsh Environment Challenges Highly corrosive, humid, and dusty environments cause frequent equipment failures and high maintenance costs, while long-term exposure harms inspectors' health. Environmental factors such as strong electromagnetic interference also affect the accuracy and stability of data collection.
VI. Non-Real-Time Data & Delayed Decision-Making Reliance on paper records or post-event data entry results in poor data timeliness, preventing management from receiving real-time decision support. Data is scattered, difficult to manage centrally, and hard to retrieve for deep analysis. Paper records are often non-standard, and data cannot be uploaded in real time.
Solution Highlights
Complete Isolation of High-Risk Areas — Fully Unmanned Operations Deploys the LingMou 8-Wheel All-Terrain Unmanned Vehicle and intelligent quadruped robots (D10/D20/D30) to replace human personnel in high-risk zones—flammable, explosive, toxic, high-pressure, and high-temperature environments. This fundamentally eliminates safety incidents such as electric shock, falls, and poisoning, establishing a fully unmanned inspection workflow: "Data Collection → Intelligent Assessment → Early Warning & Response."
All-Terrain Mobility — Zero Blind Spots in Complex Environments Quadruped robots scale stairs and slopes, navigating pipe galleries, ditches, and confined spaces (within equipment and between pipes). The 8-wheel UGV handles large-scale patrols across expansive plant facilities. The D30 is ideal for precision tasks in narrow equipment zones, while the D10 flagship, equipped with a 4-LiDAR suite, covers complex industrial environments. Together, they form a synergistic inspection matrix of "UGV for Wide Area + Quadruped for Precision."
5G Native Adaptation — Ultra-Low-Latency Transmission Seamlessly integrated with 5G networks to ensure high-bandwidth, low-latency communication for wide-area patrols. Powered by the LingMou ultra-low-latency video transmission technology, achieving end-to-end latency of <35ms. This supports smooth, real-time HD video backhaul and precise remote control, meeting the millisecond-latency requirements of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
7×24 Continuous Intelligent Inspection Replaces manual shift rotations with round-the-clock, all-weather autonomous patrols. Inspection frequencies are flexibly adjustable, enabling high-frequency real-time monitoring of critical assets. This eliminates the coverage blind spots and time gaps inherent in manual rounds.
