The paperless system manages the entire meeting workflow: pre-meeting document distribution, in-meeting agenda discussion and annotation, and post-meeting voting and archiving. It supports two terminal forms: desktop units and motorized LCD rising panels. The recording system uses multi-camera 4K HD capture, synchronously recording audio/video and computer signals, plus live streaming and on-demand playback — the standard configuration for modern conference rooms and auditoriums.
