Provincial leaders and Deputy Directors of the Leading Group Shi Guanghui and Guo Ruimin, along with Vice Governor Guo Xiwen, attended the meeting either at the provincial main venue or the Wuchuan sub-venue. The Provincial Health Commission, Public Security Department, and Zunyi Municipal Government reported on relevant developments.
