Shenzhen Connects Kashgar: Building an “Always-Connected” Teaching Support Team for Xinjiang

In alignment with routine epidemic prevention and control requirements, while dispatching backbone teachers to Xinjiang, IFREECOMM’s remote interactive recording & broadcasting teaching system is introduced—connecting Shenzhen and Kashgar No. 1 Senior High School (Kashgar Special Zone) across thousands of miles via a single line and a single screen. This enables regular interactive classes, teaching research activities, and sharing of high-quality instructional video resources—building for Kashgar No. 1 Senior High an “always-connected,” highly qualified, and professional teaching support team.

Shenzhen Connects Kashgar: Building an “Always-Connected” Teaching Support Team for Xinjiang
Under the Ministry of Education’s “Ten-Thousand Teachers Program for Aid to Tibet and Xinjiang,” Shenzhen has, since August 2018, adopted a “team-based” approach—dispatching nearly 100 backbone teachers to Kashgar Prefecture in successive waves, significantly advancing local education development. As one of the key implementers of this aid program, Shenzhen Hongling Middle School has wholeheartedly engaged in educational assistance to Xinjiang. It has assigned backbone teachers for point-to-point support to schools including Kashgar No. 1 Senior High School (Kashgar Special Zone), and arranged teaching-research activities for Xinjiang teachers undergoing on-the-job training in Shenzhen.
