On February 26, 2024, Lehe Science & Technology (Stock Code: 002243) visited our company for an inspection and exchange, accompanied by a delegation of leaders from Nan’an District and Chongqing Economic & Technological Development Zone, under the escort of our Chairman Mr. Jiang Yanchun.
During the symposium, Mr. Jiang Yanchun introduced our company’s 15-year development journey. To date, we have established core technologies in video encoding/decoding, digital audio processing, intelligent network adaptation, DSP application across multiple hardware platforms, AI-driven intelligent solutions, and multi-service video convergence—earning over 100 national invention patents. Through years of technical accumulation and iterative upgrades, we’ve taken industry leadership in secure video conferencing and domestic IT innovation (XENC), earning recognition as a national “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” (Zhuan Jing Te Xin) SME and a military-civilian integration enterprise—consistently delivering best-in-class intelligent video engines and end-to-end solutions.
Regarding corporate philosophy, Mr. Jiang outlined our culture-building initiatives and practices, underscoring culture’s vital role in enterprise growth. He emphasized that enterprises are foundational pillars of modern society—and building a successful business is itself a profound act of public good. The visiting leaders highly commended our achievements and encouraged continued management innovation and value-driven R&D—urging industrialization of our core technologies and patents in Chongqing to support smart governance at the local government level.
Later, the delegation toured our facilities. Mr. Jiang shared insights on our R&D, management, and innovation practices—receiving exceptional praise from all attendees.
Mr. Jiang highlighted our self-developed “LingMu” intelligent perception system and domestically designed chip technology—leading the industry by at least one generation, with broad commercialization potential. Leveraging this technology, we’re advancing simultaneously in defense and civilian applications (military-civilian integration), achieving major breakthroughs. The delegation expressed strong interest and confidence that these innovations will earn wide market recognition and accelerate IFREECOMM’s growth in new domains.
Finally, Mr. Jiang outlined our future development strategy. He affirmed our commitment to innovation and excellence in management—actively exploring growth opportunities and planning to establish our Southwest Regional Headquarters in Chongqing at the right time. This move will deepen collaboration with the Chongqing municipal government and drive local industrialization. “We stand ready to meet future industry and market challenges—and seize every opportunity,” he said.
