In accordance with the company’s operational management plan, IFREECOMM held its All-Staff Symposium on April 29, 2024, in a hybrid online-offline format. Attendees included personnel from regional offices/marketing centers nationwide, R&D and production staff from headquarters, and senior executives.
This session’s theme was “Decoding Our Corporate Strategy — Setting Clear Goals and Forging Ahead.” Addressing current industry trends in products and technology, evolving user needs, and future industry outlooks, Chairman Jiang Yanchun delivered a keynote speech covering IFREECOMM’s 2024 strategic design, macro-level business thinking aligned with industry dynamics, and requirements for strategic decoding. He emphasized that, amid new economic and social conditions, IFREECOMM must leverage emerging technologies and industries, foster open collaboration, and fully mobilize employee initiative to ensure sustainable and healthy growth. He clarified market targets for IFREECOMM’s video conferencing business (including the PanShi series, UCLink, mobile command solutions, and digital meeting room equipment), innovation initiatives, and subsidiaries — while also outlining key objectives for process system optimization and organizational development.
Chairman Jiang noted: “Our self-developed confidential video conferencing product series has passed certification by the State Secrecy Administration. Our proprietary ‘LingMu’ intelligent perception system and domestically developed chip technology lead peers by at least one generation, offering broad industrialization potential — enabling dual-track expansion in both defense and civilian markets.” He expressed confidence that IFREECOMM will achieve strong market recognition and solid commercial performance in these new domains, ensuring long-term, rapid growth in emerging sectors.
Finally, Chairman Jiang stressed: “Following this year’s strategic decoding, departmental leaders must maintain strategic discipline — steadfastly advancing all initiatives along defined directions and core strategies. At the same time, we must unlock individual and organizational potential, proactively drive revenue growth, and pursue high efficiency.”
