IFREECOMM’s “xEnc ultra-low-bitrate video compression algorithm” is one of its dual-engine core technologies, co-developed with a world-class scientific team from Tsinghua University and fully owned under IFREECOMM’s independent IP portfolio. Fully compatible with the HEVC (H.265) international standard, xEnc reduces video bitrates by up to 50% compared to mainstream algorithms—substantially cutting bandwidth costs—while maintaining comparable computational requirements, enabling seamless deployment across edge computing devices. Engineered for practicality and scalability, xEnc serves as a leading video technology foundation purpose-built for the AI and robotics era.
