With rapid socioeconomic development, the original video conferencing system of Guizhou Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs could no longer fully support efficient execution of agriculture- and rural-related operations across the province. To address this, IFREECOMM upgraded its video consultation system—achieving full coverage from provincial to municipal to county levels. The new system enables on-demand HD video consultations, remote professional training, and agile emergency response, while also effectively supporting province-wide disaster prevention and mitigation.

Province-Wide Large-Scale Video Conferences
Rural work is extensive and complex—but it forms the bedrock of social stability and regional development. To meet this demand, the system enhances large-scale video consultation capabilities, enabling on-demand, multi-level, province-wide video conferences anytime. This establishes a fast, responsive information channel—ensuring major task deployments, key policy directives, and other critical requirements are implemented promptly and efficiently.
The system also supports concurrent subgroup meetings—allowing multiple independent sessions to run simultaneously without interference—ideal for daily consultations and cross-departmental collaboration. In addition, leaders can initiate point-to-point meetings instantly via terminal control panels or remote controls—streamlining workflow deployment and coordination.

Diverse, purpose-built video conferencing features help elevate the informatization level of Guizhou’s agriculture and rural affairs—reducing travel costs, time, and effort spent attending in-person meetings.
Integrated Emergency Dispatch Capabilities for Rapid Response
As society advances, strengthening emergency management—and enhancing prevention and response to sudden incidents—is vital to minimizing damage to agriculture and rural development. This capability reflects leadership competence and underpins balanced, sustainable socioeconomic and people’s livelihood progress.
Post-upgrade, the system integrates and strengthens its emergency command and dispatch module—supporting real-time collection, transmission, storage, and processing of voice, video, and data. During consultations, live surveillance feeds can be accessed and displayed on-demand. Upon emergencies, the system rapidly switches to emergency dispatch mode—aggregating on-site video feeds and convening domain experts for swift, science-based decision-making.

Finally, the system supports high-frequency applications such as duty roll calls and meeting recording. During conferences, the main venue can conduct roll calls manually or automatically—ensuring staff presence and verifying equipment and line readiness at all times (“always mission-ready”). Critical meetings can be recorded on-demand and replayed anytime—guaranteeing no important session is lost.
Looking ahead, IFREECOMM will continue optimizing and upgrading government video conferencing systems—delivering more intuitive, practical, and intelligent video communication solutions for Party and government agencies at all levels.
