Efficient Integration: IFREECOMM Empowers Xinjiang Civil Affairs Department’s Intelligent Upgrade for Emergency Relief
IFREECOMM has upgraded and deployed a new Emergency Communications Dispatch & Support Platform for the Xinjiang Civil Affairs Department’s Disaster Reduction Center, enabling visualized display, multi-service integration, and unified dispatch—enhancing the department’s capabilities in disaster information acquisition, rapid response, organizational coordination, and decision-making command, while providing an information bridge for current disaster reduction and relief operations.
In recent years, the Xinjiang Civil Affairs Department has actively advanced its “Internet+Emergency Disaster Reduction” initiative—with notable results significantly improving emergency response and dynamic management of disaster reduction and relief efforts. However, as emergency disaster-reduction operations continue to evolve and expand, demands are growing rapidly—and the legacy system reveals several critical limitations:
