On May 31, 2023, IFREECOMM held its company-wide employee forum in a hybrid (online + offline) format as scheduled. Attendees included staff from regional offices/marketing centers across China, R&D and production teams at headquarters, and senior executives.

This session’s theme was “Pursuing High Efficiency — Becoming the Light in the Darkness.” Addressing China’s current economic environment and IFREECOMM’s operational status, Chairman Jiang Yanchun delivered a keynote speech covering three areas: macroeconomic and industry trends; IFREECOMM’s overarching business strategy and philosophy; and specific requirements and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. He stated: “Following three years of pandemic, the economy and social life are gradually recovering and advancing. We must view today’s socioeconomic shifts through a historical lens — history evolves cyclically, progressing in waves and spiraling upward. Amid complex shifts in global economic integration and Western restrictions on core technologies — especially semiconductors — our product design and manufacturing have been impacted, a reality we’ve keenly felt.
