IFREECOMM has deployed a province-wide HD video roll call and visual command system for the Traffic Management Bureau of the Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department. Covering all traffic units across the province, the system enables daily duty roll calls, emergency coordinated dispatch, remote conferencing, and remote training, while supporting real-time communication between frontline field personnel and the command center.


Project Background
1. Province-Wide Unified Command and Dispatch The traffic management system operates under a four-tier hierarchy: General Detachment → Detachment → Brigade → Squadron. A comprehensive HD video system covering all provincial traffic units is required for centralized management and visual emergency coordinated dispatch.
2. Daily Duty Roll Calls Traffic management departments at all levels conduct daily duty roll calls. The system must support massive concurrent access and rapid polling check-ins, ensuring every unit is always online and instantly reachable.
3. Remote Consultation for Emergencies When traffic accidents occur, immediate remote audio/video conferences must be convened between detachments and headquarters, brigades, squadrons, and emergency rescue experts — enabling "anytime, anywhere" emergency command.
4. Integration of HD Video Surveillance and Conferencing Meets the dual requirements of wide-area monitoring, detail-level surveillance, and HD conferencing in a single system. Enables end-to-end 1080P/720P fusion of video conferencing and surveillance, supporting multi-channel signals on video walls with seamless, arbitrary switching.
5. Real-Time Intercommunication Between Field Officers and Command Center Frontline enforcement personnel use mobile smart terminals for real-time audio/video communication with the command center — supporting on-site evidence collection and command deployment, while expanding access scope and connectivity methods.
6. Remote Training and Conference Recording The province-wide traffic system requires routine remote training. The system supports live broadcasting, recording, VOD playback, desktop sharing extensions, and the archiving/reuse of conference materials.
